📖 RJH Community, we need you! The LCISD All In for Literacy Challenge is underway for both students and staff! Students who complete 600 reading minutes can earn chances to win books, fidgets, Lunch in the Library with two friends, and district raffle prizes. Staff members who complete 800 reading minutes can win jeans passes, prizes, and help RJH earn district-wide bragging rights. Be sure to read, log your minutes, and help make Reading Junior High a campus of readers!

We are grateful for our amazing Dads on Duty and school officers who help keep our campus safe and our morning traffic moving smoothly.

Whether they are directing traffic, greeting students, or watching over our campus, their presence makes a difference each day. Thank you for giving your time and helping our Longhorns begin their mornings safely!

🤘⚾ Longhorn Champions! ⚾🤘

The Reading Junior High spirit was already in full swing before the school year officially began! Several RJH student-athletes proudly represented our Longhorns in the Middle School Matchup Baseball Tournament.

Congratulations to one of our 7th-grade teams, who battled their way to become Bracket Champions! 🏆

These student-athletes demonstrated teamwork, dedication, perseverance, and true Longhorn spirit. We were excited to welcome them back to campus wearing their championship rings and celebrate their accomplishment with Principal Little!

It was wonderful seeing so many of our Longhorn families at Back to School Orientation last night! 🤘❤️

We enjoyed welcoming everyone back to campus and helping our students and families get ready for a great school year.
