From late June to early July, EKU Alumni & Friends traveled to Ireland with Dr. Dana Bush’s Food Fashion and Family study abroad class. Between castle tours, national parks visits and beach days they did a little bit of everything during their stay. 📍 Location update: Because the historic Elmwood Mansion is undergoing roof repairs to further protect the property, we’ve moved to Powell Corner North—right by the mural (perfect for team photos 📸).
