Saturday, August 20, 2022 was an awesome day at our dojo. This young man was scheduled to test for his Shodan on 3/26/2020…. We all know the world shut down on 3/20/2020. Words can not express how proud we are of him for pushing through disappointment and then returning to complete.

The day this young man had his orange belt tied on he told us he was planning to celebrate his black belt being tied on at this Irish Pub. And it happened!! 7 1/2 years later

A picture paints a 1000 words..Five weeks since total knee replacement. Still limited. But super proud of all his hard work. First 3 1/2 weeks were very rough. Thanks for your prayers .But now we have mostly good days.

We finished the 2020-21 school year strong!! These kids have been amazing and so flexible this year. Thankful we could be a consistent part of their lives. We are so blessed!! And a shout out to the parents and instructors of the dojo too. 👏🏽👏🏽💞

Summer camp testing. 2020. Super proud of these kids. Testing was a little different and It’s been a crazy summer but we are so thankful that we were able to even have a summer camp. Thankful for a large dojo, lots of pool and nature hikes!

We have been creative with our summer camp field trips. Everything is an outside event. This is Mid- Lothian coal mines Park. One of our favorite so far. We go on a hike every Tuesday exploring different parks in the Henrico county and surrounding areas. 🚶🏻♂️🚶🏻♂️🚶🏽♀️🚶🏻♂️. Making strong kids💗
