Chris Lucas is a gifted performer, teacher, songwriter, and arranger who teaches guitar to all ages and skill levels at EMA. He recorded 4 solo CD's of his own songs and instrumentals, and has collaborated with many other professional musicians in live performances and recording projects. Chris earned two music degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University, including a master’s in composition. Dennis Pucci is a versatile musician and excellent instructor who teaches vocal, flute, clarinet and saxophone lessons at EMA. He double majored in clarinet and voice at Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) in NJ, and earned a Masters in Vocal Performance at Syracuse University while serving as a graduate teaching assistant. EMA is excited to welcome pianist Russell Wilson to our prestigious faculty. Mr. Wilson enjoys a distinguished career as a solo & chamber music educator/performer and is principal pianist of the Richmond Symphony Orchestra. He’s a highly respected classical and jazz musician, having taught at VA Union University, VA State University and University of Richmond (adjunct); he currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at VA Commonwealth University.
