I'm sharing an issue we discovered on a recent body recovery. The body bag was not sewn correctly, causing the end of the mesh material to get caught in the zipper's teeth, preventing the zipper from zipping underwater. You can imagine the problem this would create. When checking my team's bags, as well as the body bags I recently purchased for my company, I was surprised to find that all our bags were defective.
