Tonight! We have a special guest appearance Catherine, who has been passed the torch for Wednesday night. Restorative practices will be subbing for the amazing Laura Black.

Peeling through gentle yoga takes place on Monday nights at 6:30 PM. It is a non-heated practice and an enjoyable one.
