Last Day to Withdraw

For School of Professional and Continuing Studies, Graduate Business, and Law students, the last day to withdraw from spring 2026 classes is Friday, February 27th by 11:59pm ET.

For undergraduate Arts and Sciences, Business, and Leadership Studies students, the last day to withdraw from spring 2026 classes is Friday, March 27th by 11:59pm ET. In order to withdraw you must complete the online Course Withdrawal form BEFORE this deadline. Links to the forms are located at https://registrar.richmond.edu/forms/index.html. The online degree application is now open for all students intending to graduate in December 2026. This application is located in BannerWeb under Student Services and must be submitted through BannerWeb by Friday, Feb. 6, (SPCS students must submit their applications by Feb. 27).

Effective this spring, the add period for all School of Arts & Sciences, undergraduate Robins School of Business, and Jepson School of Leadership Studies classes is five days. The add period for spring 2026 will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 16. Students seeking to add a class during the second week of the semester will need a departmental override, and any adds thereafter will require completion of the late add form.

The add/drop period began on Monday, Jan. 12. Students may add or drop courses through BannerWeb.

The waitlist will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16.

The add period deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16 (Jan. 17 for SPCS and Jan. 26 for Grad Bus and Law).

The deadline for the no-record drop period is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26 (Jan. 17 for SPCS).
