Life is always full of challenges, but we tend to view these challenges as things to be avoided. At the Maker Institute, we know that the Lord grows us through these challenges and through the community He places us into. Apply now to grow as an artist in deeper faith, dependance, and community.

Applications are now open; check the link in our bio for more information!

As makers, it is easy to fall into ruts where we see our making as just a hobby and not as an active part of the work of the Lord. At the Maker Institute, we help makers across all mediums integrate their craft into their life. All of life for all of Christ!

Applications are now open for 2026! Come be a Maker Fellow!

Your art is a gift that you give away. It is for your neighbors. At The Maker Institute, Mary has learned what that looks like in everyday practice, and how this right understanding can embolden a life of faithful making under the Lordship of Christ.

God builds His Church. Isaiah has learned more deeply that the people of God are an amazing community for growth, support, encouragement, and learning. At The Maker Institute, we know that our community is the hands and feet of God, and that life together is a great way to grow.

Artists are good at being anxious or needing to prove themselves to others, but this is not what Christ has for His people! The Maker Institute works to disciple Christian artists into a life of faithful making. Damaris has been learning exactly this during her time at The Maker Institute.

As a husband, father, professor, and artist, Greg initially thought he didn't have the time to attend the Maker Institute, but our fellows don't learn work/life balance; instead, we develop Gospel-gripped makers who understand that Jesus Christ integrates all parts of life under His lordship.

Come study alongside makers of all kinds who love Jesus and desire to build Christ-honoring culture and to see a world that is as it is in Heaven.

Applications for our next cohort of fellows are now open. Apply today through the link in our bio!

Many makers reach a point where making alone isn’t enough: you want direction, formation, a clearer sense of calling, and a community of artists and designers to call home. The Maker Institute was built just for that.

We’re hosting an upcoming Interest Meeting for those asking bigger questions about their work and considering what faithful formation looks like. Applications for the next Maker Institute cohort are now open.

Join us January 21st at 7:00 EST.
Applications are now open as well.

Begin your application or RSVP for the interest meeting through the links in our profile.
