Development and Advancement for the Professional Chaplain

Professional Chaplain Development and Advancement is a part of Bon Secours Mercy Institute of Spiritual Care Excellence. The program is designed for the professional health-care chaplain to elevate the bar for professional chaplaincy. The program has two goals:

Support the professional development of the chaplain through continuing education and resources.

Provide a pathway of advancement and differentiation of levels for the chaplain.

PCDAP is a part of the Spiritual Care Institute and is overseen by Dr. Jennifer L. Lazzuri, Program administrator and is led by the Director of Spiritual Care. It is in conjunction with our Spiritual Care Partners program.
