From the RTEC Research Club, Zubayer Jisan (President) officially signed the MoU, and other club members were also present at the ceremony.

A New Collaboration for Research & Global Opportunities!

EB-based গ্রিন কার্ড প্রসেসে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধাপগুলোর একটি হলো Form I-140।
এই ফর্মের পূর্ণ নাম Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker। যারা EB-1, EB-2 বা NIW ক্যাটাগরিতে গ্রিন কার্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে চান, তাদের জন্য এটিই মূল আবেদনপত্র।
এই ফর্মের মাধ্যমে আপনার একাডেমিক যোগ্যতা, পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা এবং আপনার কাজ যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের জন্য কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, সেগুলো প্রমাণ করা হয়।
সহজভাবে বললে, EB-based গ্রিন কার্ড জার্নি শুরুই হয় I-140 ফাইল করার মাধ্যমে।
গত রবিবার রাত ১০টায় Aemers এর আয়োজনে রিসার্চে আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য Academic CV তৈরি বিষয়ক একটি বিশেষ ওয়েবিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। ওয়েবিনারটি পরিচালনা করেন আমাদের রিসার্চ মেন্টর ।
একজন তরুণ গবেষক হিসেবে আপনার সিভি যদি সাধারণ শিক্ষার্থীদের মতো হয়, তাহলে তা আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পর্যায়ে গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। বিদেশে ফুল স্কলারশিপ, উচ্চশিক্ষা বা গবেষণা ফান্ডিং এর জন্য আবেদন করতে গেলে সবার আগে যে ডকুমেন্টটি মূল্যায়ন করা হয়, সেটি হলো আপনার সিভি। এটি আপনার একাডেমিক পরিচয় এবং কাজের প্রতিফলন, তাই একটি শক্তিশালী ও গ্রহণযোগ্য Academic CV তৈরি করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
গত দুই মাসে আমরা বিভিন্ন ক্যাম্পাসে সেমিনার আয়োজন করেছি এবং সেখান থেকে অনেক আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থী আমাদের সাথে যুক্ত হয়েছেন। তাদের আমরা Research Enthusiasts হিসেবে পরিচয় দেই। এটি একটি এক বছর মেয়াদি সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি প্রোগ্রাম, যেখানে রিসার্চের বেসিক থেকে শুরু করে পাবলিকেশন পর্যন্ত ধাপে ধাপে শেখানো হয়।
আগামী দিনগুলোতেও এমন আরও ওয়েবিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। রিসার্চ সম্পর্কে পূর্ণ ধারণা পেতে বা আপনার ক্যাম্পাসে রিসার্চ বিষয়ক সেমিনার আয়োজন করতে চাইলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

শেখার অভিজ্ঞতাকে আরও কার্যকর এবং আকর্ষণীয় করতে আমরা GREC – Aemers এ যে পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করি তা হলো Flip Learning বা উল্টোভাবে শেখা। সাধারণ শিক্ষাপদ্ধতিতে শিক্ষক আগে পাঠ দেন এবং পরে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হয়। কিন্তু Flip Learning-এ আমরা শুরু করি কুইজ বা প্রি-লেকচার এক্সারসাইজ দিয়ে, তারপর ক্লাসে বিষয়গুলো আলোচনা করি।
ফলে শিক্ষার্থীদের জানার আগ্রহ বৃদ্ধি পায়, এবং তারা অনেকেই আগে থেকেই বাসা থেকে লেকচার পড়ে আসেন। এভাবেই আমরা GRE, IELTS এবং SAT ক্লাসগুলো পরিচালনা করি, যাতে শিক্ষার্থীরা শুধু শিখে না, বরং সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারে এবং বাস্তব দক্ষতা অর্জন করে।
