Kids and teens care about what happens to this planet on a global and local scale. 🌎

Our Create Impact programs empower learners to tackle issues affecting their local community. Topics like trash clean up, anti-litter, local beautification, and helping animals are some of the most common issues addressed by learners in our programs. We're impressed by their enthusiasm to make the world a better place now and in the future!

Get in touch with us today to talk about how you can support learners who are ready to make a difference in your community.

Ready to be inspired? Check out this idea from an elementary student in our social impact program with the YMCA of Greater Richmond

🤔 His concern: the lack of kindness he witnessed in daily interactions

💡 His solution: The Peacemaker Box

🤩 How does it work: kids write an act of kindness they did or saw others doing that day and put them in the Peacemaker Box. At the end of the week, there will be a collection of acts of kindness for teachers or coaches to read aloud. The learning community gets to celebrate one another and there is an opportunity to reward kids for doing good things.

💙 Finding ways to build an environment that centers kindness and collaboration? We're here for it! 💙

Today is your day to Own It!

When you are an owner of your own life, you are empowered to take control so that you can create the life you want. There is no limit to what you can own if you set your mind to it.

Check out all of the ways our learners own it every day.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the power, potential, and brilliance of every girl and young woman we serve. 💙

At Founders Mark, being woman-owned is part of our story and part of our purpose. We’re committed to creating spaces where girls can grow, lead, and define success on their own terms.

Because when girls are supported, they change the future.

Here’s to confidence. To courage. To the next generation of founders, leaders, and changemakers.
