Way to go Reagan!

Kentucky State DECA students earned recognition at DECA’s International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, where nearly 300 Kentucky members represented the Commonwealth on the international stage.

Congratulations to Reagan Morgan of MCS Ignite Academy North Campus, who was named Association President of the Year.

Kentucky students also advanced to the finals round in three competitive events:
• Aspen Delaney, John Hardin High School — Hotel and Lodging Management
• Dylan Coslow and Billy Vaught, Mercer County Senior High School — Sports and Entertainment Marketing
• Natal Ibrahim and Arna Patel, Larry A. Ryle High School — Innovation Plan

Five Kentucky competitors earned silver medallions for placing in the top 10% of a preliminary competition component:
• Meibelle Wiesmann, Lafayette High School (Lexington, Kentucky)
• Dylan Coslow, Mercer County Senior High School
• Billy Vaught, Mercer County Senior High School
• Aspen Delaney, John Hardin High School
• Zachary Pierce, Grayson County Schools Technology Center

In addition, 133 Kentucky competitors earned Certificates of Excellence for scoring 70% or higher on at least one preliminary competition component.

Congratulations to all Kentucky DECA members, advisors and schools represented at ICDC for their hard work and success.

Seniors will be receiving graduation cords for completing their pathways, certificates, and more as we celebrate their hard work and achievements.

Yesterday was Bus Driver Appreciation Day, and we want to give a huge shoutout to all of our Ignite drivers! 🚌💙

We are so thankful for the care, patience, and dedication they show our students every single day. Our drivers are truly a blessing, and we appreciate all they do to keep our students safe and supported!

We are incredibly proud of our Ignite North FBLA students for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance at the KY FBLA State Leadership Conference this week!

Our students went head-to-head with the best and brightest in Kentucky, and the results speak for themselves:

25 Students competed across 16 different events.

8 Events earned Top 5 finishes in the state!

11 Students have officially qualified for the National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX this summer! ✈️🌵

These accomplishments are a direct reflection of the talent, commitment, and leadership of our students. We couldn’t be more proud of how they represented Ignite North on the state stage!
