We aim to do this in a chill,stress-free environment and membership is highly flexible. We are planning some very fun events for this semester so do pass by our inaugural meeting on February 1st.

ASA participated in Richmond Goes Global on March 21 and we brought sweet fried plantains and pepper chicken to the event. UR students loved our pepper chicken :) We will keep current ASA members and alumni updated with our events! So stay tuned.

I hope y'all are doing great in this crazy winter.
The main goals of ASA this semester include promoting our presence on campus and expanding the organization by inviting African students and anyone who is interested in African culture.

Here are some updates on ASA upcoming events:
