We are so proud of our Invention Convention students! šŸŽ‰
They spent the day in College Station presenting their incredible inventions, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their creativity, confidence, and hard work.

A special congratulations to Andrew, who earned 3rd place in his age group and is headed to Nationals this summer! šŸ†

This experience would not have been possible without our amazing parent volunteers who guided and supported our young inventors every step of the way. We are so grateful for this incredible community! šŸ’›

For the past three weeks, our students have been patiently caring for and observing incubating eggs, learning about life cycles. While we had high hopes, sometimes science teaches us one of its most important lessons… things don’t always go as planned.

We brought in a few baby chicks so our students could still learn, connect, and love on them!

Our Ridge and Timberline students spent the day at the Houston Health Museum. Such a wonderful learning experience. They ended their day with a picnic and some fun at the park.

Today was a rock-solid day at PEAK Academy! 🪨✨

Our students had the opportunity to visit Katy Rock Shop, where curiosity and hands-on learning came to life. The kids sifted through sand to uncover their own rocks and used magnifying glasses to closely examine their discoveries—observing textures, colors, and unique details like true young scientists.

We are so grateful to the owners, who made the experience even more meaningful by sharing their knowledge about different types of rocks and how they form. It’s always special to see our students so engaged, asking thoughtful questions, and making real-world connections.

We wrapped up the day with lunch and playtime at the park—because learning and laughter go hand in hand. šŸŒæā˜€ļø

Hands on learning + a little adventure.

This week, Base students planted grass seed in their own mini ā€œyards,ā€ journaling the progress each day.

We also headed outside for a school-wide ABC Nature Hunt - partnering up, exploring, and getting creative from A-Z!
