Growing Your Coaching System - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/growing-your-coaching-system-virtual-tickets-1996739691167?aff=oddtdtcreator

Join us for a VTSS Garden Party to learn more about growing your system for coaching. Gather with other VTSS division leaders to dig deeper and discuss how to:

-Prepare the soil: What is your vision for a culture of coaching in your division?
-Plant the seeds: How do you include coaching as a part of your division initiatives?
-Provide water and nutrients: What are the knowledge, skills, and abilities your coaches need?
-Preserve the ongoing growth: What are your next steps to continue growing your coaching system?

We invite you to connect with other VTSS divisions to share ideas (no Secret Gardens here!) during this learning and networking opportunity.

Defusing Disruptive Behavior - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/defusing-disruptive-behavior-virtual-tickets-1996471723669?aff=oddtdtcreator

Take a deeper dive into understanding student behavior and explore practical strategies for responding effectively in both classroom and schoolwide settings. This interactive learning experience is designed to encourage collaboration, reflection, and the sharing of ideas as we learn together.
