✨ New Year. New Clarity. New Book—With Purpose. ✨

If you’ve been thinking about writing a book, but you don’t want it to be just another project—this is for you.

Too many women start writing before getting clear on what their book is meant to do. Authority isn’t built by publishing alone. It’s built with intention.

Join me for Publishing with Purpose, a live masterclass for women of influence who want to leverage a book to strengthen authority, visibility, and legacy—without DIY burnout.

📅 Tuesday, January 27
🕖 7 PM EST
🎟 Free | Limited spots available

This is not a technical how-to.
This is a clarity-driven conversation to help you decide the right publishing path before you invest time, money, or energy.

Because one day I decided I was worth it! 🫶🏾

And my journey didn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It was slow, steady, and hard. 💪🏾

I know it’s the season of New Year’s Resolutions, but let me encourage you to make new life resolutions. Develop healthier habits. Commit to the process. Avoid the competition. Focus on yourself. Do what works for you. 🤗

This has been a 10-year journey 😂. In 2015, I set out to lose 100 pounds naturally and after losing my first 50 pounds, I became pregnant. Through pregnancy, a pandemic, and an inevitable roller coaster of emotional eating after a chronic illness diagnosis, truly I’ve experienced the highs and lows of my healthy lifestyle journey. But the fact always remains the same: I’m worth it. When I fall off, I’m worth getting back on it. I deserve to be the best, healthiest version of myself! 🥰

Now, nearly 70 pounds down from the picture on the left, the marathon continues. Consistency is the name of the game. Don’t give up on yourself - because you’re worth it too! 💜

Looking good and glowing brighter! ✨

Stepped out with my best frannn to create some final year-end memories, ready to embrace the next season ahead! 💫

It was so great running into friends, clients (extended family 🤗), and Sorors at the Who’s Who Holiday Affair, although I didn’t get a picture with everyone! Sending much love to everyone in the new year! 🫶🏾

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! 🍋

That’s how resilient and optimistic Chlo’e Robinson is! Diagnosed with lupus just a year before her senior year in undergrad, Chlo’e debated if she should finish school or take some time off to navigate her “new norm.” Not wanting to feel defeated by this disease, Chlo’e preserved and is heading towards graduation! 👩🏽‍🎓

But make no mistake, there’s a world of pain behind that glowing skin and perfect smile, but Chlo’e is being courageous enough to share just how she manages to every day to inspire the next woman battling chronic pain! 💪🏾 What I love most about this beauty is that she doesn’t let lupus break her spirit. She is the absolute sweetest! 🥰

Stay tuned for the release of Volume 2 of Girl, Get Up: An Inspirational Guide for Women Living with Autoimmune Disease, Chronic Illness and Pain to learn more about Chlo’e’s remarkable story! 💜
