Tours are underway for the 2026-2027 school year at Sunshine Playschool in El Sobrante, ages 2-5!

A warm, loving, play-based environment. Two lovely indoor classrooms, with an emphasis on being outdoors as often as possible! Lots of muddy, wet, explorative play in our huge outdoor space, along with our two pet bunnies. We strive to meet each child, and family, exactly where they are at.

Studying nature. We examined a nest made from bark and guessed what animal could have made it. Guesses included: owls, birds, squirrels and people

We had a visit today from this sweet lil’ pony, Cupcake! The children were so excited! They got to feed Cupcake carrots and apples, and give her some gentle & loving pets.
