The Center is located on the Eastern Kentucky University campus in Richmond, KY.
The Center for Educator Excellence delivers professional development best practices in exceptional teaching and enables K-12 instructor opportunities for ground-breaking innovation. Multiple programs are offered to educators through the Center, such as the AP Summer Institute. Other trainings that could be offered throughout the year include Journeys Reading, Everyday Math, Financial Literacy, Special Education, and Professional Development workshops.

Wow, how cool is this? The Environmental Science class had the opportunity to visit a local pond to do some hands-on research for their course. It is hard to believe today is the last day of the 2021 APSI, but we hope it was a beneficial week for teachers to bring home the knowledge they learned to their students! Thank you to all of our online and in-person participants, and thank you to our amazing consultants for being with us this week! Counting down to next year!! 👏🏻🤗

Photos from last night's dinner at the beautiful Chenault Vineyards with the APSI team and consultants. The consultants were able to take home a piece of Kentucky with them: a racehorse shoe to show our appreciation! Thank you so much Chenault Vineyards for having us!
