Being it our 3rd year in TASC and our first year as a D713 officer, state conference hit differently this year…

Everything just meant more, from meeting people from different schools and districts to actually sitting down, talking, and exchanging ideas. Hearing everyone’s perspectives and listening to the keynote speakers really pushed us to think bigger and be better leaders.
This trip was more than just a conference, it was the memories and the moments we’ll be talking about for a long time. We’re really grateful for the opportunity to be in spaces like this and represent our school.

Hello, D713 StuCo! With the Spring Convention just around the corner, we’d like to announce our “No Student or School Left Unheard” campaign and our representative, OJ Okhiria, as we run for D713 Nova Delegate! Our goal is to remove the barriers that stop both students and schools from becoming part of larger communities and encourage the type of connection and peer learning that leads to growth!

Bring some friends and a blanket, because it’s time for a movie night! We will be playing Princess and the Frog on Monday, February 9th, in the HSI-Katy cafeteria. Admission is only a dollar, concessions will be sold, and student council members who have paid their dues can enter for free!
