The Little Library just had visitors all the way from Quebec trying to find the geocache, but it’s missing! If you took it, please return it. Otherwise, would someone like to bring a new one?

This powerhouse of a book is going into the library right now. We’re stocked completely full—come grab your next read!

Big news! The little library has moved...about eight feet to the left 😅 The move is both to make space for an upcoming farm stand, and also because some of our guests expressed concern about visiting the library while our pup is in the yard. While that is TOTALLY understandable I’d like to stress that when she is in the yard she’s on a lead that prevents her from getting anywhere near the library, and she is never simply left out there—someone is always home monitoring her.
Regardless, the library is slightly more away from her area now, and totally stocked with excellent summer reading including lots of children’s books and the entire Bone Witch series! Come grab a book (and pardon the mess while I straighten the flower garden out) and kick back 📚💕

Some of our sharp-eyed friends may have noticed a mysterious object in the upper right corner of the library in the last photo we posted. What could it possibly be?!?! A hint: It's a lot like treasure hunting :-)

Not only is the library flush with exciting new titles thanks to our awesome patrons, a sweet library guardian has appeared!

Our little library is front page news! A few people have mentioned to us that the article gave them the impression that leaving a book is required to take a book, and we'd like to make it clear that is not the case! While we think it's fabulous when someone brings a favorite to the library, simply taking a book is entirely welcomed.

Our first guest curator is a doozy! A round of applause for Meaghan Walsh Gerard for a very generous book donation. Meaghan is the real deal, you guys. She's an English major, writer, bibliophile, and cryptozoologist (just to mention a few of her hats). Visit her webpage http://mwgerard.com for reviews and recommendations of a wealth of books--including these:

We made a flier to help spread the word about the little library! Let us know if you'd like to help posting these up around town and we'll put a few in the library ;-)

We heard a rumor that a wealthy and mysterious patron has the complete Game of Thrones book collection for the little library. Come check some titles out to make room!
