The educators at The Study Center, LLC have been teaching and tutoring Richmond Hill students for the last sixteen years and we have openings for two part time teachers for the 2021-2022 school year. We require all applicants to be current or former classroom teachers. We have one opening for an Elementary level teacher and one for a Middle School level teacher. Hours are mainly afternoon/evening Mon-Thurs but there is potential for a handful of morning hours working with our homeschooled students. The ability to work with students remotely using technology is not required but would definitely be a positive we’d use in our consideration of a candidate
Interested candidates should send a brief introduction message with resume and copies of current or past teaching certificates attached to: [email protected]

Study Center Parents and Students,
The Study Center staff and I are pleased to inform you that we are opening our doors to in person tutoring for our summer session starting Tuesday 5/26/2020. We will also be providing virtual sessions via password protected Zoom meetings for families that would prefer this format. Our pricing for all sessions (virtual and in person) is our normal $50 per hourly session with an additional $25 registration fee for New Families only. Although the work we have been able to do with students online has been rewarding, we are looking forward to being able to work with some of our students in person again.
There are many new regulations and guidelines in place for businesses during the Covid-19 era that we must follow in order to be in compliance with state and local requirements and to feel confident that we are keeping our students, teachers and their families safe and healthy. I have outlined below the information regarding the steps The Study Center will be taking to that end.
Any student or teacher who has a fever or any other hallmark symptoms of Covid-19 are asked to stay home and cancel sessions accordingly. Additionally, if teachers or students can answer "YES" to any of the following questions, STAY HOME. Sessions will be transitioned to a virtual format or postponed until the affected individual meets all of the necessary requirements to resume in person sessions:
• Have YOU or anyone in your immediate family traveled outside or inside of the US in the past 14 days? If you have, you need to self-quarantine for two weeks before entering The Study Center.
• Have YOU had a fever in the last 14 days?
• Have YOU or has anyone in your family been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have you been in contact with someone that has it within the last 14 days?
Here are the protocols that will be in effect until further notice for in person sessions at The Study Center
• Students and teachers will be required to wash their hands as soon as they arrive at The Study Center and will also be asked to wash their hands again or use hand sanitizer (provided by the front door) prior to leaving.
• ALL students and teachers MUST wear a mask of some kind, NO exceptions.
• Use the restroom at home unless it's an emergency.
• All door k***s and light switches will be disinfected every day before students arrive and again once the last student has left each day. Bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily.
• All tutoring desks will be disinfected by individual teachers prior to the arrival of their first session each day, during transition between students and again after their final session of the day has been completed.
• All students and teachers will be responsible for bringing and using their own pencils, pens, calculators, etc.
• With the exception of a water bottle that is taken home at the end of a session, no student food or drink will be allowed at The Study Center until further notice.
• In an effort to reduce the exposure of our students and staff we will be requiring parents/siblings to remain in their cars rather than coming into the office. Teachers of Elementary school aged students will meet them outside the hallway to es**rt them in and will bring them back out to the parking lot area to assure that they rejoin their parent to leave.
The entire staff is excited about the opportunity to resume in person tutoring. As always, our summer schedule is extremely flexible to accommodate whatever summer plans our families may have that would necessitate cancellations or reschedules within the same week but please remember to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy whenever possible. If you’re interested in setting up summer sessions for your student using either format we are offering, in person or virtual, please call the office (912-756-3010) or email us ([email protected]). We look forward to hearing from you and can’t wait to work with your students!

Study Center Parents and Students,
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in Georgia, we are all concerned and paying close attention to the guidance of the public officials tasked with informing us and regulating the movements of our community. We are committed to continuing to provide services to our students in a safe, clean environment as long as we feel we can do so given the everchanging nature of this pandemic. Here are the protocols that will go into effect Monday, March 16, at The Study Center:
• Students and teachers will be required to go to wash their hands as soon as they arrive at The Study Center and will also be asked to wash their hands again prior to leaving.
• All door k***s and light switches will be disinfected every day before students arrive and again once the last student has left each day. Bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily.

• Any student or teacher who has a fever or any other hallmark symptoms are asked to stay home and cancel sessions accordingly.
As I mentioned, this is a situation that is changing on a daily basis. As of this moment, both Bryan and Chatham County schools have not been closed. I do feel that determination is imminent, but we intend to continue sessions if and when this happens. Each teacher will be sure to keep their parents/students up to date about any scheduling changes that may occur as things develop.
The entire staff at The Study Center considers the people we work with, students and parents, as our little family. Please be as safe as possible. If you haven’t already, please like our FaceBook Page as I will be providing updates as needed.
Thank you,
Ms. Kay Radunski
Due to the mandatory evacuation order and Bryan County Schools being closed until Monday Sept. 9th, The Study Center will be closed until Friday morning. If there are minimal after effects from Dorian to our area, your tutor may be available for make up sessions Fri-Sun. Individual teachers will let their families know if/when they’re available between Friday 9/6 and Monday 9/9. Thank you and please stay safe everyone!
