Our last Book Club meetings of the year are this week! Join us to discuss The Five Love Languages of Children. If you haven’t read the book, you can take the assessment online or at the meeting. This will be a fun, light discussion as we wrap up a wonderful year!

There are two meeting options:

Friday, May 29, 9:00am at Orchard.

Next Wednesday is our last PTO meeting of the year! Yes, it’s one more thing to do in the month of May-hem but it will be worth it! Vote for PTO officers and the upcoming budget while learning about the last few events of the school year. We can do this together!

Kindergarten Round Up is TONIGHT!

This special event is for you, the parent/guardian, and your upcoming kindergartener for the 2025-26 school year. Join in the fun at *your boundary school* on Wednesday, May 13 at 5:30 p.m. To locate your boundary school, visit www.rsd.edu/families/school-boundaries.

You can start the kindergarten registration process at www.rsd.edu/kinder or we will have stations available at Round Up with Chromebooks to register online.

Other items needed to complete the registration process and place your student in a classroom are:
- a copy of your child's birth certificate
- current immunizations
- proof of residence (utility bill or purchase/lease agreement)

As a reminder, to enroll your child in kindergarten they must turn 5 by August 31, 2026.

Orchard Elementary's annual Spring Fling is coming up this Friday May 15th from 5-7 pm at Orchard! Come celebrate the (almost) end of the school year with friends, family, food, and fun! Please consider donating your time to help set up, tear down, or run a game for our kiddos!
