Today in the Wine Science Center: SO2 extension seminar hosted by Idaho Wine Commission and Washington Winegrowers. Presentations from V&E faculty include chemistry & analysis of SO2, practical applications in winemaking and microbial effects of SO2.

Wine Spectator's gift supports the build-out of the Life Sciences Teaching Lab in the Wine Science Center. In recognition of the Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundationâs gift, the atrium of the Wine Science Center will be named in their honor: THE WINE SPECTATOR ATRIUM.

Scott Gundersen's amazing portrait of Chas Nagel has been installed in the Ste. Michelle Wine Estates WSU Wine Science Center! Scott spent a few day in the Tri-Cities last September putting together this incredible piece of art, using only wine corks!
