TriCities York Rite

2025 is behind us and we thank the Companions of the Tri-Cities York Rite Bodies for your support during this year. On behalf of the three of us Thank You companions for your support. We had many travels and attended many events throughout the Northwest. This has truly been a unique and amazing year as we three served as Grand Body heads not only are we members of the Tri-Cities York Rite bodies, but we are members of the same Lodge, Benton Lodge 277. This is unique in itself and quite special. We could not have done it without the support of many great people throughout Washington State, to many to name here, but Thank You All.

The 2026 DeMolay Conclave in Pasco opening session. I was privileged to attend this event with many good friends. The York Rite Grand body heads represented and I also got to represent Rabi Peifer for Red Cross of Washington. It was a great to spend time with the young men from DeMolay and see what these bright young men of Washington DeMolay have done, I wish them well this coming year. Well, the last event of the Idaho Sessions. Reconnected with Companions from across the states and had a pretty good time

Day 1 of Idaho Grand Sessions complete - joint opening, joint business session, Grand Chapter business meeting, and Grand Chapter installation completed. Congratulations to the incoming Grand High Priest Bill Cook.

The Washington Royal is well represented with over 5 members, along with Pasco Chapter No.33. Great fellowship and Companions here in Idaho.

Tonight was 2026 on Masonic night and it went off  with great enthusiasm special thanks to our host Yorkrite of the Tri-Cities and the Scottish Rite Kennewick Valley, and their representatives Sir Knight Bret Tremble and Sir knight Sid McCord. In attendance where the heads of the Grand Lodge of Washington Grand Master Roger Nelson, who is also deputy to the Scottish Rite of the southern jurisdiction of the United States and David Sandretto Grand High Priest of Royal arch Mason’s of Washington and Jay White Most Illustrious Grandmaster of Royal and select Masters of Washington and Richard Roblee Right Eminent Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Washington. This all Masonic night had the major body heads for all of Washington state and was well attended by the concordant bodies and the youth groups. The night kicked off with dinner and a dessert auction with proceeds going to the Tri-Cities youth Masonic bodies this evening over $3000 was raised to support the youth groups in their endeavors throughout the year then after a great meal provided by Cuba libre. We adjourned to the lodge room where a special presentation was put on by Patrick Zuniga of Richland Lodge 283 the presentation center around Masonic involvement in the creation of the United States as well as its development over the 250 years to today’s United States. After worshipful brother Zuniga‘s presentation the Grand Master took the floor and gave a presentation that was captivating and directed us to look inward to act outwardly and to be Mason‘s worth emulation. Although that concluded the evening . It took almost another hour for the hall to clear as everybody was in spirited conversation on various topics. As for me, I’m looking forward to another all masonic night next year with great friends and spirited conversations.

Today with Companions from multiple Washington State Chapters and a few from Oregon came and assisted in Exalting 8 Companions who will be members at Centralia Chapter No. 44. We even got another Companion Exalted from Pasco Chapter. All and all a solid increase in our ranks Congratulations my Companions
