We are a little tallow obsessed over here! 😍
At a recent market, we noticed that a lot of people had tried tallow before and didn’t love it—usually mentioning things like the texture, how it felt on the skin, or the smell.
In many cases, that comes down to how the tallow was prepared or the type of fat that was used. Not all tallow is made the same, especially when it comes to skincare.
That’s why we’re really careful about the tallow we use and how we prepare it.
Well-made, skincare-grade tallow should absorb easily, feel lightweight on the skin, and have little to no beefy scent at all. The difference is something you can usually tell right away.
We’ve actually had quite a few people who told us they didn’t like tallow… try ours, and then end up taking a jar home.
We just genuinely love it and enjoy sharing it with others.
