Big news!
My studio will be moving from a house to Dickersons Piano Store in the next week or two.
Also, I have completely rearranged my schedule and added a couple of slots.
As of now, I have 9 in studio slots available and 1 in home slot available, but you must live in Pasco and be able to have a lesson on Wednesday to take it.

One of my favorite teaching books is the Faber Scale Arpeggio & Chords Book 1.
Not only do i put a huge emphasis on technique in my studio, but also creativity and improvision.
A lot of my students love doing the improvisions.
I play something on the bottom and they use the 5 note scale to create a song of their choice.
It's fun and simple.
I absolutely love hearing what they come up with and they are always proud of themselves afterwards.
This is NM playing the D Minor improvision.

My student, PM, likes improvising his own music and on his first lesson he came to me with one ready to show off! I decided that every lesson after scales we would dedicate a couple of minutes to song improvising so he can keep up with that skill.
