Snow College Career Center We connect students and employers to jobs, internships and careers by empowering students. Services

• We engage and train Students in career development and preparation, and in workplace readiness through advising services, career decisions courses, and career exploration assessments
• We consult with Employers to develop employee recruiting programs or paid internships that meet or exceed national standards and labor regulations
• We support Campus Employers and provide training and support for

best practices for their own and their student staff’s personal and career development
• We guide and mentor Faculty for curriculum on career development and job search practices for their Foundations or Career courses
• We support Administrators and Faculty in student retention, engagement, persistence, and career readiness outcomes through our services, and in the management of the student employment program
• We mentor Students in their search for campus jobs, local community jobs, and summer work to support their living costs and to keep college affordable.
