What happens to a loved one’s Masonic belongings after they pass away?

If your family has inherited Masonic books, aprons, pins, medals, certificates, photographs, or other memorabilia, you don't have to figure out what to do with everything on your own.

If a family member wants to keep an item, we encourage you to do so. These pieces can be meaningful reminders of a loved one's life and Masonic service.

If no one in the family wishes to keep the items, they can be returned to Meridian Sun Lodge. We can help determine what should be preserved, returned, or otherwise handled appropriately.

Please pay special attention to books or materials marked “Property of Grand Lodge of Ohio.” These should be brought to Meridian Sun so they can be properly returned to the Grand Lodge of Ohio.

Before throwing away Masonic materials, please contact the lodge. Something that may seem insignificant could be an important piece of Masonic or family history.

Meridian Sun Lodge and the Ohio Neuroendocrine Tumor Society would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Richfield community, our neighboring communities, and the incredible car enthusiast community for making this year's Show on the Square our biggest and best event yet!

One of the highlights of the day was hearing everyone share stories about the vehicles they own today and the ones that hold special memories from years past. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, make new friends, and celebrate our shared passion for automobiles.

One comment we heard again and again was how much people appreciated the incredible variety of vehicles on display. From classics and muscle cars to imports, trucks, and modern performance vehicles, there truly was something for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who attended, exhibited, volunteered, and supported the event. We can't wait to see you all again next year!
