Friday 2/27/26 was all about stepping away, slowing down, and just being together 💛

Our Employee Retreat was filled with laughs, good food, real conversations, and the kind of moments that remind me how lucky I am to work alongside this group. No daily chaos, no rushing — just connection, fun, and making memories as a team.

We definitely felt the absence of one of our own — we missed you, Katelyn! 💛 You were in our thoughts all day and the retreat wasn’t quite the same without you.

Watching everyone relax, open up, and truly enjoy the day together meant so much. This team works so hard all year long, and they absolutely deserved a day that was just for them.

Grateful for this crew and the heart they bring every single day. 💛

Daycare Caregiver – Float
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic caregiver to join our team and work as a float to our classrooms.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities include:
-Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers
-Assisting with daily routines (meals, diapering/potty training, nap time, activities)
-Planning and leading age-appropriate learning and play activities
-Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
-Communicating positively with parents and staff

Qualifications:
-Experience working with young children preferred
-Patience, dependability, and a genuine love for children
-Ability to pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
-CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
-Strong attendance and punctuality are essential to maintain required classroom ratios and ensure consistent care for our children

All December long, every Friday is extra cozy!
Our little learners are invited to come to daycare in their comfiest pajamas, bring their favorite stuffed friend, and end the week with the snuggliest movie time ever! 🎄🎥✨

We’ll turn down the lights, pass out their blankets, pop some popcorn, and watch the sweetest holiday movies together. It’s the perfect cozy way to say hello to the weekend!
