Fi****ms training is an extension of martial arts/ or its own art.

It’s not about fear mongering; it’s just about training at all levels and ranges even if it makes you uncomfortable.

It’s about what to do; what not to do and when.

Awareness; Judgment, Action

For those that train “martial arts” and only train to compete; be honest with yourselves, you are doing a sport.
If that’s all you want out of it; nothing wrong with that. But it’s a sport and there is a lot that you are missing to be able to say “martial art or self defense”.

At Tensei we offer a variety of of classes and views to address Self Defense; sport, fitness. Our goal is we want you to have fun; train with good people in a supportive environment as well as give you the tools to get home at the end of the day to your family.
