We had SO much fun decoding our school lunch rhythms in music class last week! 🎶 Using heartbeat charts, popsicle sticks, and pom-poms, our students were busy reading, moving, and bringing rhythms to life! 🎵🥁

We’ve definitely got some pretty smart cookies on our hands! 🍪👏

Next week, the creativity continues! Students will compose their very own rhythms, add some body percussion, and perform their creations for the class! 👏🫳🦶🎵

Andddd… let’s just say… Mr. Gattus understood the assignment!🤣

Mr. Gattus absolutely BLEW Mr. Kirk off the ice and crossed the finish line before Mr. Kirk even had a chance to catch up! 🥶🏆

Mr. Kirk may have brought the confidence… but Mr. Gattus brought the SPEED!🤣

Our RLE Ice Skating Spirit Night was an absolute SUCCESS! 🎉 From showing off our best moves on the ice to cheering each other on, we had the BEST time together! 💛🩵
