Several JSOM faculty have been recognized for their research excellence by prestigious leading international organizations in their respective areas. These include, among others, The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), the American Association for the Advancement of Science, The Royal Society of Canada, the Production and Operations Management Society, the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, the Independent Institute, the INFORMS Information Systems Society, the INFORMS Society for Marketing Science, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), and the Academy of International Business.
