[Rutford Promenade Construction]

A crane helps break up and haul away another section of Rutford Avenue to make way for a pedestrian promenade. When completed, this element of the University’s Campus Landscape Enhancement Project will create a broad, pedestrian-friendly tree-lined path through the heart of campus.

Construction workers install ceiling tiles for the new 3,800 sq.ft. animation suite in the Edith O’Donnell Arts & Technology Building. When completed, the suite will include two labs designed for project collaboration plus ten offices.

The latest phase of Northside at UT Dallas is on track to open in time for the fall semester, bringing even more housing just across the street from campus.

A million-gallon City of Richardson (COR) water tower is being constructed on Synergy Park Blvd just northeast of Northside at UT Dallas. By the end of construction, UTD and COR logo would be displayed for all to see! Go Comets!

[Resident Hall South West & Resident Hall West]

Similar to Resident Hall North West back in February, RHSW and RHW are undergoing stucco repairs! We have been getting the campus ready for our new and returning students this Fall! Keep an eye out for more updates on how we are preparing the campus soon!
