#1 in Texas. 🎓

Richardson ISD is ranked No. 1 in Texas for College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) among large city suburban school districts.

This recognition reflects the opportunities, support and preparation students receive to take their next steps after graduation.

Behind this achievement are thousands of students reaching the North Star Goal, and educators creating opportunities so every child can grow to their full potential.

Congratulations to Lake Highlands High School senior, Mason Busch for being awarded the Dave Campbell's Texas Football Unsung Hero Award! The Award recognizes special young people who represent their team, school, family, and community in a way that truly sets them apart.

Mason has overcome season-ending injuries over the past two years on the football team, but that didn’t stop him! He has continued to lead LHHS Wildcat Football with heart and kept up a great work ethic and positive attitude despite the setbacks. He is one of only 5 recipients in the state for the award. You make us proud!
