Do you have residents who leave your parties as soon as they finish eating? Leave the plates and trash on their table until the party is winding up. When they see you clear the table, that sign that it’s time for them to leave.

Our DFW activity professional community has lost one of its own, the incredible Janet Correira. In this field, we are connected by more than just a job; we share a purpose, a compassion, and a commitment to those we serve. Janet was part of that shared mission, and her presence mattered.

Look at this cutie! This is the 4 year old nephew of one of my students who is now going to be the official Wednesday mailman at the community. I've always thought that having a former mailman or a child (with a screened adult volunteer by his side) doing mail deliveries would be the best! I can't wait to hear what the residents at Shalece's community say!
