🚒🔥 Fire Safety Fun at Richards Elementary! 🐻🌲

Last week, our students had an exciting day learning all about fire safety from our local Fire Department, along with a very special guest, Smokey the Bear! 🐻❤️

Students learned important fire safety tips and even got the chance to put their skills to the test by working the fire hose! 💦🚒 What an unforgettable, hands-on experience!

A huge THANK YOU to our Fire Department and Smokey the Bear for taking the time to visit Richards Elementary and help our students learn how to stay safe while having so much fun! ❤️

Remember, fire safety is everyone's responsibility! 🔥🧯

📚❤️ A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY HELPERS! ❤️📚

Yesterday, we were honored to welcome Sheriff Don Sowell, Chief Investigator John Wren, District Attorney Andria Bender, and our very own SRO Deputy Yates to spend time reading to our Pre-K and Kindergarten students! 🥰

We are so thankful they took time out of their busy schedules to visit with our youngest learners, share the joy of reading, and make the day extra special. As an added surprise, every student received a badge from the Sheriff! ⭐️ The smiles on their faces made the visit even more memorable!

Thank you all for investing in our students, encouraging a love of reading, and being such wonderful role models in our community. We appreciate your time, kindness, and continued support! 💙📖
