Today we had the amazing opportunity to take a tour of Renstrom Dental Studio. Our students got to see what happens behind the scenes when we send models to the lab to fabricate what our patients need. It was really cool to piece together what they have been learning in class and seeing the process of fabrication in the lab.

Labs are so important in the dental world and not many people even know that exist! So if you ever meet a dental lab technician, thank them for all of their hard work and precision!!

The class has decided to go to TWO dental conferences this semester to expand their knowledge and learn more about new technologies coming to dentistry! 🦷Therefore the club needs a little but of YOUR help… There is currently a fundraiser happening through Double Goods Gourmet Popcorn 🍿 this sight allows you to purchase and have your popcorn delivered right to your front door!! We are back!! The dental assistant students have finished up the second week of their last semester! 🥳 The students were eager to get back into the classroom. They have most recently learned how to make temporary crowns out of multiple different materials.

What Coming Up?!? 🦷
Some students are going to head to CTVC to participate in Give Kids a Smile Day on Friday. This gives students more hands on practice within the office.
