The healing for of Entrainment and how it effects own twin flame journey.

These current turbulent energies are pushing us to face our shadows. To clear and purge anything that is no longer serving us. It seems to be happening in waves for a lot of people including myself. Where, following these waves comes a huge sense of release and relief only to reemerge with a whole new awareness of another issue and the process starts all over. Its exhausting and some of us are growing so frustrated wishing we could get off the rollercoaster ride.
It's as if Divine is showing us in our own lives the compassion, forgiveness and love that's needed collectively for humanity. We can not heal ourselves without these but we also cannot heal when we dont offer these to others. Not just those we agree with but those that dont. We need to love our shadow self to come into wholeness and we also need to love those that represent our shadow or bring out our shadow in order to help heal the collective.
Self forgiveness is key because what we dislike in others is simply a reflection of what we dont like in ourselves.
I recently read an amazing article called "The Healing Power Of Entrainment". https://upliftconnect.com/healing-power-of-entrainment/
It essentially states the vibrational frequencies of two objects will fall into sync. When the frequencies are the same this is called "resonance". But when a vibrational body at a stronger resonance influences another object in its field, leading the beat, this is called Entrainment. Basically the stronger frequency raises the weaker one.
The current state of our world coupled by the current energies has caused a pressure cooker affect forcing us to either raise our vibration as we heal or to "resonate" with others if we choose to stay in the "shadow".
Those of us that are on the healing journey doing the Great Work are raising our vibrational frequency which in turn will effect those around us so long as we choose to stay in the higher vibrational state. We can no longer "resonate" with those around us. We must entrain those around us if we want to serve our purpose of incarnating in this life time.
This is also true when it comes to our twin flame journey. On a 3D level it may appear that nothing is happening and union will never take place but in truth we are assisting them in raising their vibration as we share the same DNA blueprint.
Separation is painful and causes such a huge divide but also offers us an opportunity to heal and release what no longer serves us. This healing work in turn raises our vibrational frequency and provides a path to Entrainment for our twin. Seeing the current state of humanity and these energies that seem to be supporting it, I cant help but think how this law of nature is playing its role in healing.
Stay the course, no matter how dark it seems at times. Be the beacon of light so that others can find their way. Just you doing your work is helping others around you. Even on your darkest days, by rising up again you bring others with you.

Happy Sunday ! Anyone else feeling a ton of heart chakra expansions today ? I always get excited when this occurs because it seems we are preparing for New to enter . More good fortune , more abundance and of course more unconditional love . If you have been feeling your twin lately and working through issues of forgiveness this chapter is ending and a new chapter begins . Sometimes when we feel their energy , it’s hard to stay balanced and hard to distract ourselves from the pull but keep trying . It’s their work to do . Just stay in unconditional love and stay focused on your journey .

Hi twins !!! It’s been awhile huh ? Well Gina and i will soon be working together as I’m I’m getting ready to transition to move closer to her as we have work to do together in he physical. So funny this came up today and i was getting messages about “shadow self “ yesterday . When this card appears it may be that there is disharmony in your life and that disharmony is due to you not accepting something about your personality . Nothing about you is bad . And when we talk about shadow self , all it really is , is you discovering the parts of you that you remain hidden from others . On this journey to our true authentic selves , we uncover all sorts of things we didn’t know about ourselves and that should be a very exciting thing . Don’t look at things as good or bad . Look at them as things . For me , I’m working on a more structured lifestyle one that makes room for all the things i want to do for myself and that allows me to give to others as well .
So the homework is to dig a little . What are you refusing to accept about yourself ? Why ?
Make a list for every negative also write a list of positives and you will see that every aspect of you serves a purpose and you truly are amazing the way you are . You just have to balance it all out 😇🌈😍😘⭐️
