Perfect attendance week 1! 81 athletes made the choice, not only to show up everyday, but get after it. We can’t wait to see what the rest of this summer brings. It’s not too late to start showing up! What will you do with the next two months? If you aren’t getting better, someone else is.

Our focus: Developing the all-around athlete, building strength, speed, and agility for ALL sports! Open to all athletes grades 7-12!

📅 Monday-Thursday Sessions Begin in the Dome & Finish in the Weight Room

Closed-toe shoes required every day

🕕 6:00–7:30 AM — Co-Ed

🕗 8:00–9:30 AM — Co-Ed

🕤 9:30–11:00 AM — Girls ONLY (Grades 7–12 )

Champions Club on Fridays-Starting in the weight room at 7:30 AM

🏆 WHAT A COMEBACK, HODAGS! 🏀 Our Rhinelander Hodag girls basketball team just clinched the REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in Marinette with an epic 47-43 win over the Marinette Marines! Down by as much as 11 points, these warriors never gave up—they battled back, stayed tough, and brought home the W! 💪🔥
Huge shoutout to the entire team, coaches, and fans for the incredible support. Now, let’s keep the momentum rolling into SECTIONALS against Shawano! Who’s ready to cheer them on? Go Hodags!
