I will open the mats up at 6:00 this Friday for an open mat. Come prepared for whatever you want to work on (Gi/NoGi/Both). I will have the timer set up for 5 min rounds. If you are coming from another gym, we take drop-ins!

Good luck to those competing in Minneapolis this weekend! Professor Raths will be coaching. To make things easier on him, please download the Smooth Comp app so you can follow your bracket. Also go into your profile and make sure you list Groundwork Grappling as your gym so he can follow in the coach's view. If he is in another mat coaching when your turn comes up, grab Saoirse and she can coach you in a pinch. If you can't figure something out on the app, ask Coach Raths or Saoirse's mother Lacy. Have fun and represent!
