Celebrating International Day of the Girl at Tussing Elementary! 🧡✨
Official day: October 11 celebrated today in our last day before the weekend.
Today, our 4th grade girls were filled with power and purpose for International Day of the Girl! 🧡 Our amazing girls walked in honor of girls around the world, taking time to learn about and reflect on global challenges, the vital importance of safety and security, and the limitless possibilities ahead. Each girl received an orange bracelet to wear as a proud symbol that the future is ours! 🌟💪
Our boys also joined in to support, learning how to be strong allies, show respect, and stand up for equality alongside their peers. 🤝✨
