The snow has cleared, Spring has sprung, and the enhancement of our environment continues!
Piggy backing from our tree planting event, the students in Ms. Borhi's Environmental Sustainability and Geographical Cultivation classes are preparing our courtyards for planting!

At Baldwin, we believe in the importance of enhancing our environment! Annually, for Earth Day, SMBR families, students and staff come together for Baldwin Beautification Day! This year, we got an early start, with the support of the sisters of the Psi Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
This is only the beginning! We have more environmental enhancement activities scheduled, study tuned!

Last week, we celebrated our STEMazing Assistant Principals: Ms. Woodard & Mr. Miller! We truly appreciate the difference you make, here at SMBR!

The ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Psi Eta Omega Chapter has selected Baldwin, for their annual tree planting event!

In addition, SMBR will have perennials for planting, as well.
All scholar families are invited to bring a perennial to plant and or come and help plant the items that will be provided.
Help us beautify our campus AND enhance the environment!

Shout out to the SMBR Student Council for being the master minds behind one of the best spirit weeks ever!
Initially, we thought "Soccer moms & BBQ dads" was the best day...BUT..."Anything but a Bookbag" reigned supreme!
A few of the best:
A microwave, a basketball hoop, a Barbie car, a wheelbarrow... the list goes on! Should we have expected anything less than this level of creativity from our STEM scholars?!!

Best wishes and you will definitely be missed! SMBR is wishing our school nurse, Nurse Nikki the best, as she embarks on a new professional journey! Nurse Nikki has built irreplaceable relationships with both students and staff and was without question STEMproud!
