In observance, all District offices will be closed today, Friday, June 19th.

Before the break began, ELA teacher Isabel González from Rose Hill Elementary School was awarded a $5,000 grant from the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation and Fund for Teachers! 🏔️✨

She designed an incredible 12-day cultural immersion trip to Nepal happening this summer, which will help her create culturally grounded lessons for her Bhutanese-Nepali students here in the District.

Congrats, Ms. González! We can't wait to hear all about it.

See below a message about Michael’s upcoming trip!! We’re so excited for you! 💜 💛 If you can help send him off on Friday please do! They will be heading down Main St. between 2:30 and 2:45 by the city building!

Our family is incredibly excited and proud to announce that Michael will be departing for the Special Olympics USA Games this Friday, June 19th! 🇺🇸🏅

Michael has worked so hard to earn this opportunity, and we are beyond grateful for all the support and encouragement he has received from our amazing community.

To help send him off in style, the Reynoldsburg Police Department will be meeting at our home and providing Michael with a police es**rt beginning at 2:30 PM as we head out of the city limits on Friday afternoon. 🚔❤️

If you happen to see us along the route, we’d love for you to give Michael a wave, cheer him on, or simply keep him in your thoughts as he begins this incredible journey representing Ohio at the USA Games!

Thank you to everyone who has supported Michael and believed in him. This is a dream come true, and we can’t wait to share updates from Minnesota!
