Kennedy PTO needs your help!

Welcome to another school year at Kennedy Elementary! We are happy to have you!

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open! Kindergarten students who registered in the spring DO NOT need to register again. All other new students and returning students must be registered and their information updated online. The Madison School District technology department has sent out an email with snapcodes for returning students.
You will need that snapcode in order to register your student. If you didn’t receive it or have any technical difficulties with registration, please email [email protected] for assistance.

Registration must all be completed online, so there is no need to come to the school.

During the registration process you will:

Update demographic and health information (parent email, address, phone numbers, allergies/other health concerns, etc.)

Sign permission forms (field trips, media, computer/internet agreement)

Upload immunization record and birth certificate for new students only. We already have them on file for returning students. These records can be brought into the school if you are not able to upload them.

Have the opportunity to apply for free or reduced lunch.

To access the online registration forms, please use the following steps:

1. Go to the Madison School District Home Page: www.MSD321.com
2. Click “Registration/Enrollment”
3. Click “Registration For Returning Students”
4. Select either English or Spanish
5. Enter the Snapcode that was emailed to you.
Follow the online instructions and fill out all pages. Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Click submit! You should receive a confirmation email when your information has been submitted.

If you need help registering your student, or you do not have access to a computer, the Kennedy office will be open beginning August 17th. You are welcome to stop by the school during office hours, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, after August 17th.

As a reminder, Madison School District provides all school supplies for grades K-4. There is not a supply list and there is not a supply fee. Please send your student with a backpack. All other supplies will be provided.

You are invited to attend our Back to School Open House on Friday, August 28th, 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Kennedy. Please bring your student, meet their teacher, and see their classroom. The first day of school will be Monday, August 31st. School starts at 8:00 AM and students are released at 2:25 PM.
