The BYU-Idaho Grant deadline is March 1st. The FAFSA deadline in June 30th.

Don't stress about getting ready for attending BYU-Idaho! Your mentors will talk with you about the Pre-Arrival Checklist. The checklist is a blueprint for where to start in your preparation process.

Your mentors will help make sure that you have the major things done before coming here such as Housing, Registration, Financial Aid, and Student Express.

On January 3rd, BYU-Idaho will be hosting one of the most fun events of the semester called Get Connected.

You will have the opportunity to meet your I-Team and make new friends.

The schedule will go as follows...

8:00 am-5:00 pm - Apartment move in
9:00 am-12:30 pm - New student talent show auditions
12:30 pm-1:30 pm - Mentor connections/lunch/tour: Meet your I-Team
1:45 pm-2:45 pm - Student academic connections
3:00 pm-3:45 pm - BYU-Idaho welcome & secrets to success
4:00 pm-4:45 pm - Sprit of BYU-Idaho showcase
4:45 pm-5:15pm - I-Belong involvement fair
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm - New student talent show

Avery is majoring in Psychology. She enjoys taking her dog for walks, crocheting, playing tennis, and doing nails.

Her advice to incoming students is "Don't be scared! There are so many wonderful people everywhere that are there to help you succeed."
