How to tell if your subconscious mind is secretly sabotaging your goals... 👇

We like to think we are in the driver's seat of our lives. But cognitively speaking, our conscious minds are only directing about 5% of our daily actions. The other 95%? It’s completely automated by our subconscious programming.

If you are experiencing any of these 3 patterns, it’s a sign your subconscious programming is misaligned with your conscious goals:

1️⃣ The "Almost" Syndrome: You get so close to a breakthrough (a financial milestone, a healthy relationship, a business launch) and suddenly something happens to derail it.
2️⃣ Chronic Procrastination: You know exactly what to do, you have the steps, but you feel an invisible wall of resistance keeping you from doing it.
3️⃣ The Inner Critic: A constant, subtle loop of "who do you think you are?" running in the background whenever you try to step up.

How to fix it:
You can't logically "think" your way out of a subconscious block. You have to reprogram it at the neurological level. This is exactly why I teach NLP and Hypnotherapy—they are the fastest ways to update your mind's software.
