Many of our Golden Knights spent their summer making music! 🎶☀️

Over 25 students participated in our Summer Music Lesson Program, taught by Ms. Evans, Mrs. Daeffler, and Ms. Dessert. The Summer Music Lesson Program provides students with the opportunity to continue their music studies between school years, or try something different! Students can get private lessons on their primary band instrument, a secondary instrument, voice, piano, or ukulele.

We also had students who participated in community theatre productions, including senior Sophie Hatfield and York Class of 2026 Alum Devin Cunningham who participated in OFC Creation’s production of Frozen The Musical together! The cold never bothered Sophie anyway, as she will be reprising her role as Elsa this November in York’s production of Frozen!

What musical activities have you/your Golden Knights been up to this summer? Comment or DM us to be featured on our Musical Summer Recap! We want to know what you get up to 🎶iiiiin suuuuuummerrrrr🎶! 😎⛱️☃️
