As my coaching clients get started, one of the onboarding exercises is understanding where your money is being spent.
For most of us, we’ve made too much money to be this broke.
For the longest time, I was too busy to make sure I was looking good and being right.
It was all image.
If this is you, then call yourself normal.
Find the leak, fix the drip.
There are 3 places you can quickly clean up some spending and big leaks in your finances.
Chances are you are either eating it,
wearing it or driving it.
My challenge to you:
Do an audit on how much you spend on all food, clothes/accessories and transportation.
I’d love to hear your results.

I get asked a lot, should I use my emergency fund to buy XYZ. Especially when buying a house, you REALLY need to have additional funds outside of down payment for those unexpected things that WILL come up in your 1st 1 or 2 of ownership.
Great rule to follow: If you can anticipate an expense, it’s not an emergency!
Examples: Taxes, Breaks, New Tires, Christmas, Buying a House, Vacation to Cabo, Hiring a Coach, oh and Mother’s Day - Use your monthly budget...
Car Accident, Serious Illness, Job Loss - Emergency Fund
PS: New TaylorMade Stealth 2 ... borderline emergency 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

A lap around an all time historic track today. The Ailsa course at Turnberry was all of it.

Host of 4 Open Championships (1977, 1986, 1994, and 2009).

Iconic views for days. 👀😍

Didn’t hurt that I had a beauty enjoy the walk with me. 🥰

YOU decide how your life is going to go. Not your clients, your boss, the media, or the government. YOU!
Most are reactive with their money, time, relationships and health.
This is one of the biggest mindset shifts I work on daily along with my coaching clients and key relationships.
When you happen to your money, you will be able to plan, give, save or eliminate debt at an incredible pace.
When you happen to your time, it’s amazing how much more you will accomplish in less time.
When you happen to your relationships, it will become clear who gives you and takes your energy. Reminder - energy trumps everything.
When you happen to your health, the question - “Will this thing I’m about to eat, help me or hurt me”, your food decisions become easier.
What will you make sure you “happen to” today?
