Great week 2 at Summer Camp! We started a week of caterpillars and we are watching ours grow. Expecting chrysalis to form this weekend. We made caterpillar art, read caterpillar books, and lots of messy and wet outdoor play.

What a perfect day for our Freetown Friends picnic!!! Thank you to Avery Daniel for your face painting skills.

We had a great first week of camp!! It started out a bit muddy and wet but ended beautifully, and we embraced MUD. We made mud pies, mud cakes, mud soup, and colored mud for painting! We also found worm and worm castings, snails, slugs and other creatures.

We had a great mini kickoff to summer camp early in the week before the rain. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

Friday is our LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!! Where has the year gone? Our EOY picnic is postponed for a week due to weather and we have camp starting next week so not saying goodbye to anyone yet.

This week we finished up a fun spring wall, and did some process art of dying paper towels and then turning them into butterflies and flowers. We also enjoyed so much outside time!

It’s beginning to feel and look like Spring! We had a beautiful week together enjoying it.

Happy Earth Day! These kids now know “no littering!”, how to recycle, turn off lights and water when not using them, and go plant something to help take care of our earth 🌍
