As part of my 500-level Kundalini teacher training final exam, I am inviting five women to join me for a free, filmed Kundalini yoga journey.

It is powerful, transformative, and intentional!

This experience is for you if:

* You are in or moving through a season of transition, release, or rediscovery
* You have some yoga experience and are open to Kundalini's depth
